GUEST: clicking in the menu to open help -> check for updates

mps77: Click Help menu and move mouse pointer above Javadoc menuitem. Submenu generation too slow... Repeatable...

It happens to me when I click at Help menu and move mouse to About menu item and when the cursor hits Javadoc References menu the IDE hangs for a while.

Should call IndexBuilder.getIndices asynch, then recreate popup.
