Patch to make netbeans recognize yagarto toolchain

I added some XML Files to cnd.toolchain.resources.toolchaindefinition and modified the laxer.xml. With these changes netbeans is able to recognize the Yagarto ARM Toolchain (http://www.yagarto.org) starting with rev 20100501.

Since I have no write permission in mercurial, the patch is attached. It is the first time I use mercurial, so if anything is wrong or missing please tell me.

Tested with Win XP only.

just read I have to mark as fixed to send patches. Currently there seems to be some trouble signing my SCA, but I'm shure you can already use this very small contribution.
