After reporting an exception, I got:

NetBeans Error Report Upload Complete
It has now been added to the exception database with id #371976. It has been classified as a duplicate of report #147633. 
This bug was already fixed.
Please update your build of NetBeans to the latest build of 6.8 where bug #173961 is fixed. If you are already using newer build and your report meets certain criteria new bug will be filled automatically.

Exception database id is correct, report id is not. The exception has been assigned to report http://statistics.netbeans.org/analytics/detail.do?id=168111, which is obviously not 147633.

I've created a new issue because the fixed bug was related to NB 6.7, while I've used a daily build. So, the database assignments seem to be correct, while exception reporter proceeds with a wrong id.

Please read the comment in bug 182936 to understand what happened. I'll try to fix the problem in 6.9
