Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201004140201)
Operating System = Linux version 2.6.31-20-generic running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_15
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 14.1-b02

To reproduce:
Go to the last line of the php or html file.
Press shift + arrow up
Move to the top of the file selecting entire content

Expected:
Stop at the fist line

Actual:
When top of the file cursor returns to the last line and loops endlessly

I love continuous integration ;)

Actually, to reproduce the problem just keep pressed up arrow.
