When I download files by right clicking on the particular folder I want in the project tree, Netbeans starts downloading the files (as it should). However, it also seems to re-upload the files to the server. This isn't as big of a deal when downloading a small folder - one would hardly ever notice - but if I'm downloading the extjs folder because I unzipped a newer version on the server, it can take up to a half hour for netbeans to stop 'remote synchronizing' what it just downloaded.
