Description m_potociar 2010-01-21 09:56:00 UTC
This looks like a regression to me (thus P2). GFv2 properties dialog contains the fields for configuring domain admin username and password. In GFv3 properties dialog the domain admin username and password fields are missing. Instead, NB pops up a (rather annoying) dialog asking for the admin username and password each time the domain is started. The pop-up dialog can even be quite confusing because it doesn't provide much GFv3 instance related information and pops up only a short while after the GFv3 instance has been started. It took me some time to recognize what is the dialog about for the first few times.

I understand that the default GFv3 installation does not set an admin password. Still, I would say that IRL many developers tend to change this (IHMO stupid) default setting for security reasons. So it would be good if it would be possible configure admin credentials in latest GF release again. Please, please :)
