Steps to reproduce:
- go to https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/query.cgi?format=advanced
- display the combo box items of advanced search at the bottom-left of the page
-->> There are many items containing "Issue creation" that are on the top of the list (it makes sense to have only one of them there) - see attached screenshot.

There are all fielddefs in the list, some of them are oringinal bugzilla and some migrated from issuezilla. It seems that these fields are used only in bugs_activities and profiles_activities. I should eliminate all unused fields and merge all duplicated fields (as issue_creation/bug_creation)
