all snapshots are from older builds - closing
please reopen if consistently reproducible in recent builds, thanks

Got it in 6.8 beta. I am not sure whether it is a duplicate of the old bug but the exception reported made it as dupe.
My use case is about openning form --- I don't think this is a winsys issue.
