It would be handy if the css property values completion also contains special items which pops up an enhanced value
editor. Good example would be a simple color chooser for color property and url/file chooser for background-image.

the color chooser have been already implemented in web-main#ca1417c065ba

As for the file chooser I belive files code completion as done for some html attributes is much better solution. Closing the issue then.
