Exception comes from org.swingexplorer.netbeans.ActRun.performAction.
This is not a problem in NetBeans Core so I created new issue #2 :-) [1] against Swing Explorer and contacted Maxim Zakharenkov (author of Swing Explorer) to ask him for resolution. [1] https://swingexplorer.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2
The bug in Swing Explorer was fixed, so marking this one as fixed as well.
