Please provide detailed specification for the new JavaFX welcome page.
- layout
- how it would be integrated with the existing welcome page
- what welcome page would be used when installed using the installer vs. installed through update center
- images
- exact links to web pages, rss
- samples

Samples area still changing as final set to be included is still under discussion.
