build 20081006

I thought this has already been fixed but it's still happening. perhaps the fix in issue 139326 only applies to activity
diagram.

- create a state diagram
- create a couple of simple states
- create a state transition between the two states
- create and name the pre and post condition on the state transition
- create and name the label on the state transition
- delete the link on the diagram only
- click on Discover Relationship toolbar button
Result: state transition link is restored with the link label but not the pre and post condition labels
