[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.0_03 ]

I've instaled a daily, then added JAX-RPC plugin, then installed
newer daily, uninstalled the older one, and when running the new
daily I've got the message in fist screenshot.

Then I've installed Missing modules resolver, and had the following
messages (see attachements). It took several cycles until all the
required modules has been downloaded and installed.

Why "NO65"? I've seen it on the latest 6.5 daily builds.

imo, this is bug against the Missing module resolver that is not part of IDE. NO65 means that the bug won't be counted
into 6.5 bugs, nothing else.

BTW let me or any IZ admin know if you need a new subcomponent.
