080609. If I have a few projects open and open the Task List, after the tasks have been computed and displayed, "Computing editor hints for tasklist" appears in the status line. It proceeds to completion (apparently going over several files with issues) - and then restarts. It keeps on restarting indefinitely. After a few minutes the IDE runs out of memory and needs to be killed. As far as I can see, this makes the Task List window completely unusable.
This functionality is provided by the experimental java hints module - I will look at it as time permits. I am disabling the provider for now (94987b8a6cb2).
