Type the beginning of a keyword, invoke CC, choose that keyword in a list. No details window appears. Perhaps it should.

I don't think it is a bug, we don't have it in Java editor. Sometimes it could be useful, esp. if it contained usage samples. Changing issue type to enhancement

This is not desirable to have this implemented, either in Java or PHP.

We decided it would be useful to have it, especially for showing PHP version compatibility.

- P4 is lower priority in comparison to P2 ... http://wiki.netbeans.org/BugPriorityGuidelines
- please do not change Version field

Running the sanity test for php (http://wiki.netbeans.org/TS_74_PHP_Sanity) - Test suite: Code Completion - 9.Verify documentation hints for keywords.
It doesn't work.

In Sanity TS there is line: 

Verify documentation hints for keywords.
1. Check #199406

It is becase this issue was still opened and I don't know if this functionality will be implemented. As soon as this issue is closed/resolved, I will update Sanity Test Suite.
