Build: NB 6.1 ML build

- Create a class element in the class diagram
- Add an operation (o1)  to the class element
- In the editor, double click o1, notice the one line editor comes up and displays
           visibility type name[ranges]=initialValue{name=value}
- enter a parameter in the operation
 
  Notice that the "visibility" line editor keeps flickering as I'm typing 
  Also notice the partial display of the next line in the visibility one line editor
   (see attached screenshot)

 This is reproducible on Vista, but not on Solaris.
