System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_GB (nb)
Userdir: D:\ide\61\user

Steps:
1. Open versioned controlled project.
2. Create new package with a file.
3. Select it and invoke "Clearcase | Checkin" action.
