Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.1 RC1 (Build 200804100130)
Java: 1.6.0_10-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b11
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_GB (nb)
Userdir: D:\ide\61\user

Steps:
1. Open project under CC control.
2. Select project root and invoke "Clearcase | Show Changes" action.
3. Select some file and delete it.

File should be listed in "Clearcase" view. (cvs or subversion support do the same)

CC is a bit different. I consider this as an enhancement to the nice intuitive way cleartool works...
