The suggestion for issue: 130969 is to choose "Advanced..." from the Run Target contextual menu. However, my build.xml 
has a contextual menu which is taller than my 1050pixel tall screen.  there doesn't seem to be a way to make this 
scroll so I can get at items (such as, I assume, Advanced...) which are off-screen.

thanks for the report. This issue is similar to issue # 131184.
