Build #010602 of Forte for Java 3.0 on Windows 2000 with JDK 1.3.1

Description:

Message displayed in the information dialog when "CVS|Add" command fails if 
executed on folder is not nice. For more details have a look at the attachement.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Mount CVS filesystem with empty working directory using Command-line Support.
2. Under the root create e.g. "newPackage" directory and try to "CVS|Add" it.
3. After it fails due to missing /CVS folder you will see below attached dialog.

Fixed in dev build #204. The diff is quite trivial and can not have any side
effects:

I am pleased to change the state to VERIFIED since I have just verified it in 
recent Pilsen build #010619_1.
