Switch to runtime tab of explorer and expand Server Registry | Installed Servers 
| Tomcat node. Select Start Server, Stop Server od Restart Server actions from 
popup menu. They doesn't work.

Tomcat can be still stopped by Terminate Process action in Execution Window.
