Netbeans release 3.2 build 29 (RC2)

In debuggertools only!

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Create some watch.
2. Start debugger.
3. When your watch is not in scope it should show >Name unknown<.
4. Force debugger to stop in scope of this watch.
   The watch will still show >Name unknown<, but it will have
   correct children and correct properties.
