build 0612

1. Create WSDL document
2. Open Partner view
3. Select role1 on the diagram
4. Open properties window

There is a 'name' property with its value 'role1'.
I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.
The property name does not come from the pseudo localized jar file.

These are keywords and need not be localized. Only the documentation would be localized.
