Thank you, but looking at the bug description it does not look like mine.
I, however, found the workaround just yesterday.
I can drag the service from the services tab to my code and it does generate 
me a bunch of files within the project and call for the service in the place 
where I dragged it to.
I still have to do some heavy refactoring as somehow NB places all service 
libraries not into dependencies but creates a lib directory in the source 
tree. I.e. it places lib directory under ${project.base}/src/main right 
alongside the java and resources directories.
