Hello!

Thank you Milos and Javier for responses!

What I did is simplest:

1. I moved to Tools - Options - Java - Maven and selected 'Maven home'
from disk C where I unzipped maven. Before I used bundled version.
Also in C:\\maven\bin I changed local repository to right place:
<localRepository>D:/.m2/repository</localRepository>

Finally I don't know for what but I updated maven home at
<netbeans-install>/java/maven/bin/m2.conf

set maven.home C:/maven
Probably maven at <netbeans-install>/java/maven/ is default built-in maven
which I used before.

Now netbeans knows where to look for maven repository!
