Why are you using JAX-RPC style for JAX-WS? RPC will be deprecated in EE7.

The RPC services are supported on 6.5, 6.7, and perhaps 6.8. You will need a plugin for it. You can check it by going to the Services tab, and try to add it as a web service.

Hi,

I'm new to java web service clients.I am using Netbeans 7.1 ,tomcat 7.0 and jdk 6.0

What I've tried:

Create a Java Application project.
On the Source Packages node in the Projects tree, right-click and select New, Web Service Client
Entered the URL to the WSDL
Specified the package name
Specified JAX-RPC client style

When it runs, it returns "WsCompile script failed during initial client generation."
Thanks in advance for the help!
