Hi
So, I'm kind of a new on NetBeans, having worked on Intellij and Eclipse
before. I'm writing a plugin and looking for a way to listen all project
files changes, most importantly Project output paths. I need to detect all
changes in the files in project output. What would be the best approach to
achieve that? Intellij had Virtual File System I could use, is there
something similar for NetBeans?

In the Developer FAQ (http://wiki.netbeans.org/NetBeansDeveloperFAQ) you can read about the NetBeans FileSystem (http://wiki.netbeans.org/DevFaqSystemFilesystem), while the class you're probably interested in is FileChangeListener (http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/javadoc/org-openide-filesystems/org/openide/filesystems/FileChangeListener.html).
