I've been looking at the bug reports and I think now I've got some more
understanding of the problem, and of why the way to pick up usages has
changed. I understand it now can compile those bundles which include
dependencies code ( I've done this myself several times to bundle the api
code inside implementation bundles and import+export it ).

It's a pity this introduce problems in extremely simple bundles which are
going to hit less experienced people like me. Knowing a little of the
background I'll just keep on trying new versions and updating my issue.

I've tried a couple of workarounds. One was maintaining jar packaging and
configuren a couple of executions of the maven-bundle-plugin to inlcude the
missing things, but I still miss some things. I've also tried to split the
code into artifacts, a plain jar one and a bundle which just includes the jar
and exports what is needed, but it's still not correct. Next trywill be to
try to make an extra run which generates the bundle. I'll post a workaround
if I finally find a correct one.

Meanwhile I'll postpone 7.2 until further notice and keep on rolling with
7.0, or maybe use 7.2 switching packaging to jar during development and
swithching to bundle just before releasing.

Thanks for the explanation.
