Hi,

I've just upgraded from netbeans RCP 7.1.2 to 7.2.1 and I use the plugin
nbm-maven-plugin  version 3.8.1.

I'd like to use the variable DEFAULT_USERDIR_ROOT to specify the default
userdir ( .conf file):

    default_userdir="${DEFAULT_USERDIR_ROOT}/myVersion"
    default_cachedir="${DEFAULT_CACHEDIR_ROOT}/myVersion"

But these tokens  are not replaced...
If I use default_userdir="${HOME}/.${APPNAME}/myVersion/", it works...

I checked the versions of netbeans RCP libraries but I found nothing
wrong...
Did I miss something ?
How could I check that the 7.2.1 version is used ( in the zip file) ?

I'm not sure I see what's wrong there but some bugfixes came to that area recently. Either file a new bug with description the problem in detail, or wait to upcoming NetBeans 7.3 Beta2 to see if the fixes helped.

Thanks,
Fred
