Are you running it with the default platform for each of the IDEs or
have you added the various platform versions to one IDE and switch
between them in the project properties? If the latter, check in the
platform configuration that you are using the harness supplied by each
of the platforms instead of the IDE version.

Oh and another question: are you using any OSGi modules?
