Hi Vasili,

I think the problem is that the samba server changes the file in some
way, perhaps the encoding or even just the permissions, Netbeans detects
the file was changed by an external application so it erases the undo list.

You can try to work on a local copy and transfer the files with FTP or
SSH to the server, NetBeans allows you to do that automatically on file
save so it would be pretty much as working directly on the samba share.
