Hi,

When editing .ini files within Netbeans (currently using 7.2.1 on Fedora 16,
but have had this problem since 6.9), no navigation keys move the cursor.
That includes arrow keys and NumPad arrow keys, Home/End/PgUp/PgDn, etc.  I'm
pretty sure that it's a localised issue, because the problem isn't present in
Netbeans 7.1.1 on my Windows machine.

Odd thing is that editor navigation in PHP files works fine - it's only in
INI files that the cursor won't respond to the keyboard.

Is there a setting somewhere that I've completely overlooked that might
explain this issue?  I can work around it, but I'd much rather not have to.
