Hi Neil,

Maybe I didn't understand the question but I have no problem pasting
text or running a program in the terminal (Window->Output->Terminal).

Perhaps you need to cd to the symfony folder?

In example:

$ cd /path/to/symfony
$ php app/console generate:bundle [...]


If it can't find the php executable you can try to specify the full path
for php as well:

$ /usr/bin/php app/console generate:bundle [...]


or just do everything in one command:

$ /usr/bin/php /path/to/symfony/app/console generate:bundle [...]
