That folder doesn't exist on disk, and I doubt you can remove it from the project view in NetBeans. It's an easy way to see the include path you want to use for your project. Say you have several projects,

* Custom Library
* Cool Website
* Another Cool Website

That custom library project contains utility classes that you use in all your other projects. You'd want to add it to the include path to all other projects (just as you would in PHP) so NetBeans will scan its sources and provide tooltip documentation and control-click navigation. You add it in each project's properties dialog under--you guessed it--PHP include path. NetBeans also maintains a global include path that applies to every project automatically that you set under Tools : Options : PHP : General.

Peace,
David
