Exactly, using UNC paths netbeans is blind for code completion. When I had 
project source folder linked as "\\server\www\website" I was able to see 
files, create, modify and delete them like normally explorer would allow me. 
But somehow when I was programming it didn't see any kind of code structure. 
So it had something to do to read those files.

When I just created on Windows new mapped network drive and linked my server 
for it like "Z:\" = "\\server\www" and I used on my netbeans project source 
as "Z:\website". Then my code completion worked perfectly.

Maybe using UNC paths are more secured and mapping overrides them. But anyway 
I allowed all network access through firewall and still netbeans wasn't 
seeing any project code structure.
