Well, I thought that I would tell you that I have just implemented step
one of the alarm functionality for usertasks...

When you create a task you may also specify a "due date", and when that
time arrives, you will be presented with an (ugly) dialog with the task
description and the task details... (If the task expired while the IDE was
shut down they will be presented to you the next time you start the IDE
(or opens that special .ics-file).

I am aware of that there is still things that may be improved, but I
wanted to give you a "sneak preview" (and get feedback...)

Known problems:
* The "Date selection dialog" is not finished (I would like feedback on
how it _should_ look)
* Events that expires while the IDE is not running will continue to be
notified each time the IDE starts up again (until you modify the task list
by adding / modifying a task)
* ???

I am going to continue to work on the Alarm functionality, and (hopefully)
implement a complete VALARM as defined in the iCalendar specification.
When I'm done with that, I'll probably remove the support for reading the
alarm information I inserted in this version (since this information
cannot be shared with other systems), so you should probably not put too
much effort into creating a long todolist with due times ;)

Regards,

Trond
