This can be done via multiple configurations.
To do this, you can use "Manage Configurations" button in Project Properties dialogue.
Then use a separate configuration for each host and set different output and run directories for each one.

The application I'm woking at now supports several different unix-like
platforms (hp-ux, solaris and red-hat), so I use 4 different build-servers,
and my own computer runs under win7. I'm using NFS and have a single
directory with the sources, but I want to use different directories for build
output and run.
But: there is only one place to specify run command. And, also, it seems it
is impossible to use server environment variables in Project settings/Run/Run
Directory field. Do you have an idea about this?
