Hi Vladimir,

I'm using NB 7.2 in Mac OS Lion. I think I have caught the issue. The problem
seems to be related to the paths of the project files. OSX is
case-insensitive so in terms of accessing, for instance, from the terminal is
indifferent to type:
/Users/antonio/mydir
or
/Users/antonio/MYDIR

However, the case is preserved in the file system, so it matters how a
file/directory was created, and NB looks to make some confusion about it:
when the source directory is specified with incorrect case, then NB will show
the files twice.

To reproduce it:
-create a project with existing sources that points to a location with a
known case: /Users/nbuser/myproject/sources
- Then add the source files with an incorrect case:
/Users/nbuser/MYPROJECT/sources
- Files should appear twice in the project navigator.

Let me know any question.

Antonio
