C++ remote development

Hi , I have application project compiling on Linux from windows.  I need to 
specify additional library for from outside the project .

If I choose Properties->Linker->Libraries->Add Library... option and select 
needed file compilation result :

P.S
1. I specify library folder Properties->General and in 
Properties->Linker->Additional Library Directories.

2. Look like Netbeans copy all files from additional folder to dist folder  
,but didn't copy all file with ext *.a ??????????????????????????????
