1) -Wl is g++ flag too (for example: http://www.mingw.org/wiki/sampleDLL)
2) NetBeans doesn't generate -enable-auto-import and other same flags
3) Qt is C++ only framework
4) real Qt flags are placed in <Qt dir>/mkspecs/default/qmake.conf
5) I don't known 64-bit Qt is supported or not supported on Windows
