The question was: if you see many "red lines" and you go to Project context menu=>Code Assistance=>Failed Include... what you see there?
Just for the record: having many "unresolved identifiers" is not normal. Our quite comprehensive test suite shows very low percentage of false negatives (~0.05% at average). We know some cases when people do face the issue. The most typical one is when Code Assistance can not find header files. The root cause of that is sometimes a toolchain which was not known to NetBeans. If it is very easy to fix.
JFYI, if you are very irritated with false "unresoved" there is a way to turn off just that feature, but not the entire Code Assistance.
