It always stops (i.e. stuck when parsing the file, CPU 100%, does not
progress any further and can't be cancelled) in one of our library hpp files.
Rather than letting it fail in a infinite loop and us having to turn off all
code assistance (heck, ones that worked before now have to be turned off!),
the IDE should skip what it can't parse and continue to the next file.

At the moment, we either have to 1) not use the library, 2) use the library
but no code completion whatsoever, or 3) use other IDEs. A proper failure
mode would be to provide no code completion for things it failed (or too
complex that it'll hang the parser) to parse, while still provide code
completion for things that have parsed properly.

Alternatively, a simpler code completion that does the basic stuff as MSVC
would suffice. Allow users to choose between the two (the simpler version
doesn't need to allow refactoring).
