We encourage you to submit your nominations for NetBeans community members that you think should be considered for the Board. Send an e-mail with your nominations to the
alias, or use our contact form. (Note: nbdiscuss is the preferred channel since it is open to the community. Do not worry: the traffic is relatively low.)
The e-mail should contain the name(s) of the nominee(s), your reason for the nomination and a brief account of the nominee(s)'s NetBeans experience (for example, their projects, blogs, community activism and so on). You can also nominate yourself!
The DEADLINE for nominations is Wednesday, February 11th, at midnight in the last time zone.
Nomination & Voting Schedule:
January 28 - February 11: Two-week nomination period
February 16 - March 2: Two-week polling period
March 9, 2009: New Governance Board announced
