By: Admin, 20 Oct 2008

Discover PHP support in the NetBeans IDE at the 2008 International PHP Conference! NetBeans team members will be on hand in Mainz, Germany, to demonstrate how PHP developers can simplify their development needs with our light-weight (less than 30MB download) NetBeans IDE for PHP. Attend the NetBeans session (details below) and also visit our experts at the Sun booth for more information about the NetBeans IDE, as well as MySQL and OpenSolaris.

Session: PHP Development with the NetBeans IDE
Date: Wednesday, Oct. 29, 11:45-12:45
Speaker: Petr Pisl, Sun Microsystems

The latest release of the NetBeans IDE introduces a new build specifically for PHP developers. In this session, we will cover the features of the editor, integration with Xdebug and your local AMP stack, as well as the JavaScript/Ajax and database tools that are included in the standalone version of the IDE for PHP. Along the way, we will also be sharing observations on development as well as tips on how IDEs can greatly enhance productivity.
