Column headers should be aligned according to UI-specification to its left side.

It's appropriate to plugin manager subcomponent.

Not sure about it - definitely the UI spec. mentioned in this issue is obsolete. 

The first column contains checkboxes that are aligned on center, then probably also its header should be aligned to
center, or maybe header and content - both should be aligned to left - perhaps some UI expert could give us advise -

i'd say that column headers should have the same alignment as the column content

Won't be fixed because through NB IDE is kept the same behavior for JTable and its headers as in PluginManager.
