Install Features|Developer Collaboration and you get following NPE:

java.lang.NullPointerException
	at
org.netbeans.core.windows.persistence.ModeParser$PropertyHandler.getConfigFOInput(ModeParser.java:941)
	at
org.netbeans.core.windows.persistence.ModeParser$PropertyHandler.readData(ModeParser.java:980)
	at
org.netbeans.core.windows.persistence.ModeParser.readProperties(ModeParser.java:143)
...
