Currently Profiling Points can be only modified when profiling isn't in 
progress. It would be nice to add/modify Profiling Points during profiling 
session the same way as breakpoints work.

And one more usecase: currently user could modify most of profiling parameters
using Modify Profiling action. Unfortunately, he/she can't even disable/enable
individual profiling points on Modify Profiling. So he/she needs to restart
profiler. This is really unpleasant operation. 

Due to this inconsistency I'm raising the priority.

It seems that for Timed- and Triggered- Take Snapshot Profiling Points it is really demanded to have an ability to
enable/disable PPs not stopping the profiling.
