Create project
Invoke "Move project" dialog
Into "New location" field input some path to existent folder
Click "Browse" button
=> "Choose dir" dialog starts from the current project location
Should start from the inputed location

It's more enhancement than defect, changing issue type.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
