Using new NB installer, user will choose between NB "components" such as mobility, visual web etc. It is crucial to show the same components in plug in center - perhaps as names of module groups.
I have resolved this issue based on various discussions and inputs as follows: The new netbeans installable components will be displayed in all of the necessary tabs (e.g. 'New Plugins', 'Instlled' and 'Updates') under a special category, most likely called 'NetBeans Original Plugins' (the name of this category still can be changed). This category should be always shown as the first one in the list, independently on the applied sorting. However, it should be subject to the applied filter entered into the 'Search field'. I have also incorporated this resolution into the UI Spec, which should be treated as a source of the most fresh information.
