Lets look on situation when we need to establish a connection between Receive
and Partner Link activities. If we use mouse to drag and drop "letter" symbol we
need scrolling when this activities are placed on different pages. Currently to
scroll page we need to place mouse pointer exactly on thin window border.It is
not quite comfortable. It would be more preferable if scrolling occures when
mouse is out of editor window.
